University Accommodation
The conference is providing accommodation in “halls” at the Glen Eyre complex. This will be single en-suite rooms with breakfast provided for £40 per night. (A room in a hotel will typically cost twice this). These rooms can be booked with registration.
Glen Eyre Reception is open 24 hours. You may check-in from 3.00pm, and check-out by 9.30am. The halls are a 10 minute walk to the conference venue (in Building 85).
Breakfast is included each day, and runs from 7.30am to 8.00am in the Chambers Restaurant. For further information, refer to the Accommodation Welcome Pack.
Private Accommodation
Alternatively, here is a list of private accommodation in the area. The first two are in comfortable walking distance to the University. Elizabeth House is also close to Southampton Common. City centre hotels are approximately 35 minutes from the University on foot or you can travel to the university on a Uni Link Bus caught nearby any of the city centre hotels (£3 day ticket). If you drive to the university you will need to use pay and display parking on campus. :
