To pay for an existing registration online, look for an email from the PLE Committee. The email contains a link that will let you make payment online. If you cannot find this email, please contact Russell Newman.
If you opted to pay by phone or bank transfer, here are the details you need to complete payment.
Call Shilpa Joshi on +44 (0)23 8059 8317. Quote “PLE Conference”, your name and the amount to pay (this can be found on your confirmation email).
Transfer the amount noted on your confirmation email using these details:

Important: You must replace [Your Surname] in the Reference with your surname, or your payment will be invalid.
Need an Invoice First?
OK – some universities can get really difficult and say they won’t pay anything unless they have been invoiced first (don’t know how they ever buy a train ticket!!). Well – the University of Southampton can raise an invoice, but just to join in the bureaucratic nonsense, they won’t raise an invoice unless you send them an official purchase order. So the process becomes
a. You register and get told how much it will cost
b. You raise purchase order from your university and send it to us

c. We raise an invoice and send it to your university.
d. Your university pays the invoice.
e. Our university sends your university a receipt and tells the PLE conference that you have paid!
All this takes time – if we have not recieved the money by the conference you will need to pay on arrival. How much easier to just pay by credit card!!
