Registration fees

The regular registration fee includes admission to all conference sessions, coffee breaks, and lunches.
The student registration includes admission to all conference sessions, coffee breaks, and lunches, too. You must provide a proof of student status issued by your university at the welcome desk at the conference.

Payment details

After receiving your registration data the conference organisers will send you an invoice with payment instructions via email.
Please note: Your registration is only considered confirmed after the full payment is received.

For early bird registration this means that your bank transfer has to be received by June 25th. Make sure that you allow enough processing time for your bank to make this happen.

Cancellation and refunds

Any cancellation of registration should be notified in writing by e-mail to PLEconference2014 [at] gmail [dot] com. The conference organisers will confirm your cancellation via email.

Cancellations made no later than June 25, 2014 will be fully refunded minus 30 EUR processing fee.

After June 25, 2014 no cancellations can be processed.
